A sneak peek slideshow of some pictures I was able to get when I was viewing Coral Ridge
Since the last time I talked with you all, I have just had a sneak peak of the new devolpment on a soft opening the first weekend. Well, since then, the sales office has opened to only weekends and should be up and running very soon.
It has been very busy with lots of new buyers coming to look and buy a beautiful home at Coral Ridge. I understand that there is a wait list and an interest list. To get on the wait list you need to fill out an info card and get pre-approved with the in-house lender, who is available at the Coral Ridge sales office.
Getting on the wait list is very important if you are serious about purchasing at Coral Ridge; it will put you in line for a home. There is no lottery at this point, basically first come, first serve. They release only about five homes a month with a project time of about two to three years, so as of right now, there is a little wait time. So, the sooner the better.
This development has 4 models to choose from. There will be three different 4 bed/3 bath models and one 3 bed/2 bath model to choose from. The prices are starting in the mid $600k to $700k mark.
